2007-strojan-roma-family: After Strojan Roma family was forced to leave their house and their property there were many attempts to find them a new location on which they could permanently settle, but for two months whole Slovenia was in state of panic that Strojan family will settle in their manucipality. Village guards appeared allover Slovenia just on a base of a rumour that Strojan family might be moved in their vacinity. The police didn't do anything about it and trucks and cars were being checked by a local villagers. In GrËarice near a training polygon of special police force even a convoy of special police force was stopped and checked if they are transporting Strojan Roma family into their town.
By December eleven members of Strojan succeed to return to their house in Ambrus, but on 21st of December Ministry of Spacial planning decided to demolish Strojanís house because about twenty years ago they builded illegally. The inspection for urban planning demolished it only after municipality of IvanËna Gorica gave a guarentee that Strojan family has a second place to stay, thatís Postojna's refugee centre.
On the picture eleven members of Strojan Roma family are preparing a shanty that wasn't demolished to spend the pre-Christmas December night.
